My favorite case manufacturer, Vaja Cases, has introduced a whole new lineup of cases specifically designed for the Microsoft Zune (Yess!!). I was first introduced to Vaja many years ago when the iPod first came out. These cases aren’t exactly cheap but they are definitely of high quality - each one being handcrafted out of fine leather.
